Travel Coordinator

Position Details

  • Hours: 10-15 hours/week with the potential for additional hours as the role develops and responsibilities grow.

  • Salary: Starting at $18/hour

About the Role
The Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for Life of Travel clients by supporting various aspects of trip planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced technology software to design and prepare mobile itinerary apps customized for each client’s journey.

  • Manage concierge services, including booking dining reservations, spa treatments, and other travel arrangements.

  • Assist in sourcing and compiling quotes for hotels, airfare, and travel insurance, ensuring all selections align with client preferences and expectations.

  • Communicate with clients to collect essential travel information, including passports and other documentation.

  • Work with hotel and destination partners to ensure positive client experience.

  • Review all final trip documents to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
